Annie' First Communion

Annie made her first communion! I still want to add a couple more pictures here with Jane and the group she made her first communion with, but am trying to track those pictures down! It was a special day!

 

Sunriver

We had a window on July 3-5 where we did not have sports or other commitments, so we headed to Sunriver for a couple days. We spend 4th of July with Emily and Brandt and their friends at Elk Lake, which was really fun!   I really enjoy going to SHARC with the kids and also always enjoy walking to the airport from the lodge.  The night we went was especially beautiful! 

 

More spring, start of summer activties!

Leo played t-ball, which he really enjoyed! Will graduated from 8th grade:).  We celebrated Pat's birthday with Kate's friends:).  

We got cats!! We were at mass and Father announced that if anyone wanted kittens, we could get them after mass.  We were heading to the State Baseball championship and got them the next day!

Beautiful sunsets! We hosted Annie's softball team at our house and it was fun to have such a beautiful night! 

One of my highlights of the summer was the girls playing at at UP basketball tournament.  It was really fun to have a tournament at UP, and fun to celebrated with a BBQ after!

College Friends' visit, Black Butte, other spring activties

It's harder to get together with my group of college friends these days, so I was grateful it worked for Kim, Crystal and Shauna to come hang out for the weekend!  I had Pat take the kids to his parents' house and we stayed at our house.  It was a beautiful weekend, and so fun to catch up with them! 

We headed to Black Butte to stay at Tom's for Memorial Weekend.  It was great to get away! Kate, Grace, Will and I hiked Black Butte.  It was a great hike! Not too long and really pretty!

It was my first experience with track with Will doing the 4x1 and the 100m this year.  I loved watching the track meets! It was so fun to cheer for everyone!
