Will's Birthday!

Will is 7! He was especially into the Blazers this year, and really wanted a Lillard jersey.  The thing that was awesome is that our neighbor works for Addidas and got us a great deal on the jersey, and showed up the day of his birthday to deliver it!  Which happened to be the last Blazers game of the year!   So fun for him to watch a game on his birthday!

He wanted waffles for breakfast:).
And McDonalds for dinner, which of course was super fun for his sisters:).

Mostly, he was super excited to play basketball on his "new" hoop! Thank you Aunt Carrie and Uncle Bobby for lending it to us!

 Birthday Party

All year we've been talking about getting friends together and having a sports day.  Well, sometimes you need a birthday to make it happen! We had a lot of fun celebrating with family and friends at Veteran's Park.

A little baseball after the big kickball game!

Annie had fun at the party hanging out with Grandma Reen.
After party  fun. . . .

Playing with his new Rummy game from Grandma!

Happy Easter!

Tulip Festival.  . .

The kids had the saddest easter egg hunt at the tulip festival! They were lined up behind a ton of kids, and didn't get one egg!! So so sad.  But then the people in charge felt bad for them and gave them a few eggs.  And it was so pretty there, that it was still a fun field trip:).

The fun part about getting no eggs at the tulip festival, was that it was especially fun to get eggs at Grandma Reen's!!

Spring Break. . .

We had fun spending the kids' spring break in Colusa with all the cousins!

Alumni tennis! The kids took over for the first half!

Climbing time!

Will bought Grandpa a basketball for his birthday, and had fun taking it to the park.

Don't worry Erin and Luke, Grace has it under control:).

Palm Springs. .

I love the breakfast nook! It's always so full of light!
They had fun playing in the "sand".
Happy girl:).
I had fun hanging out with just Kate and Annie one morning!

JOSHUA TREE. . . .

We took a field trip to Joshua Tree.  It's only about an hour and a half away from my parents'.  It was surprisingly really fun! There wasn't too much to do, but the kids loved climbing on the rocks and running on the trails.  It made me happy they they could be so excited about simple things:).  We only stayed for about an hour because it was super windy! But I was glad we went, and it was fun to stop at In and Out on the way home!

Celebrating Annie's half birthday! This also highlights the crazy amount of bananas we bought:).

It was really fun to have Sheila and Mike over for dinner!
We had a rainy day, so went to the park.  Annie loved it!

The High Desert Museum was really neat!

My mom and I got Margaritas at the resort, which was fun!

Dinner at UC Davis. .

Annie and I had a fun trip to Davis to celebrate Luke's induction into the UC Davis Baseball Hall of Fame.  I spent the afternoon in downtown Davis with Kyrstin, then we went to the dinner.  It was a quick trip, but great to see everyone!

Annie liked hanging out with Chloe:).

Fun to get together to celebrate Luke's big night!
Sisters. . .

Cheers!
