Pumpkin Patches

I love pumpkin patches!  There's just something about the corn stalks, hay stacks and pumpkins that is so sweet.  And even sweeter is how entertained the kids are by all of it! We've been to three different pumpkin patches this fall, and have enjoyed each one!

Below are pictures from some of our excursions:

With my mom at The Pumpkin Patch

We went through the corn maze at Bernet Farms, which was a great way to wear out the kids!
Kate loved playing with the "ball".

Grace said she was driving to California to see Grandma and Grandpa:).
Will got to feed one of the piglets.

He thought it was pretty funny:).

Back at The Pumpkin Patch.  Such a beautiful night!

Kate was excited to walk on the hay bales.

This was the sunset as we were leaving The Pumpkin Patch.  It was so pretty!

Yay for Beautiful Weather!

I am so grateful for these beautiful fall days!  We've loved being outside!  Yesterday was an especially magical day where it was hard to get the kids to come in for their meals! So fun!

I'm writing about it, taking pictures of it, and literally trying to soak it up, because I know that eventually the rain will come. And eventually, they'll have to wear more than just t-shirts when they're in the backyard:).

Kate hit Grace on the head with a spoon, and they all thought it was the funniest thing ever!!

GRACE

I love this picture, and laugh as I think about what happened "behind the scenes" just moments before!  We were having a peaceful breakfast, and Grace wanted to put her bowl in the dishwasher and turn it on.  I told her that it wasn't full enough, and that she could turn it on later.  She proceeded to throw her spoon across the room, and start screaming.
After time-out, and a chance to calm down, she came downstairs wearing Pat's shirt.  She was so excited, and so cute! Love that kid! Pray that the 0 to 60 moments will lessen with time:), but still love her:).
