Easter!

We had a fun and very busy Easter! Grace was the first one up at 6:45 and she got everyone going! We had an indoor hunt since it was still pretty cold outside!! The kids had fun finding their baskets and looking for eggs!

Then it was off to 8:30 mass, and back right after that for brunch at our house with Muriel and Murray! They brought eggs for another egg hunt that they were able to do outside.

And then it was rest time and time to go to Maureen and Bill's for dinner. . . .and another egg hunt!

Needless to say, the kids got their fill of sweets and egg hunts!

It was a great day, but by the end, I was SO exhausted!!

The Easter bunny brought them each a bouncy ball.  I think this happens every year because I love those bouncy balls so much.  And so do the kids!!
Brunch with Muriel and Murray!

And then on to their next egg hunt at Maureen and Bill's. . . . .

Luke and Erin's Visit!

We had so much fun hanging out with Luke, Erin, Ryan and Clay! We've had more rain this year than in the last 20 years, so we lucked out that when they were here we had sunshine!  The kids had so much fun playing with their cousins, and it was a bonus to be able to play outside!

I think they spent a couple hours working on their river.
Annie isn't showing it, but she loved having her cousins visit!

Baseball time at Veteran's Park!
And a lesson from Uncle Luke right before his first game!
We tried for the Zoo, but it was too crowded, so we went to a fun park in the area instead.

We dropped the kids off at Maureen and Bill's and went to see Pat's project in Lake Oswego.  It was fun to see the progress of his building, and especially fun to take a break from the kids and have a nice lunch!

Pat's project in the background. .

We had pizza after church on their last night and had Maureen and Bill over.

Palm Springs

We had a great week in Palm Springs! It was a little cooler than usual, but warm enough for the kids to swim every day! I didn't bring my camera, so used my camera phone which made for some blurrier pics, but it still captures some of the highlights from the week!

Somehow Candyland was the most popular game of the week:).
