December activities

We got our tree from Bill and Maureen's! It was really fun to find one of the last trees that could pass as a Christmas tree:).  We decorated a little earlier this year which was fun! 

Gingerbread houses with Aunt Kelly and the cousins! 

Leo got to make gingerbread houses again at his school! 

It was really fun to have Tom coming visit with his girls! I didn't get a picture of all of them, but below is the kids watching a movie with Bridget. 

Mid-December, I got it in my head that I wanted the kids to get a picture with Santa:).  I saw an add for a free picture with Santa if you make a donation to a local Foster kids program and took the kids! I was happy to get the picture! 

Grace’s birthday!

Grace is 12! We had a fun weekend celebrating her! We had Pat's family over on Saturday for a pizza party.  It was the first time we entertained his family inside since we moved to our house! It was really fun! 

And on Grace's actual birthday, the kids had a basketball tournament.   At first Grace was really bummed to have a tournament on her birthday, but they won both of their games and had a lot of fun, so I think she actually liked it! 

And then on Monday, she had her basketball team over for a party! 

Lot's of celebrations:)! 

Grace wanted to get up early on her birthday and have her birthday breakfast with her siblings before 

they went to their games!

For her birthday, she wanted to go to a Blazers game.  I got to take her and it was so fun! We got the cheapest seats, but the view was better than we thought it would be!

Thanksgiving

It was great to get to Colusa for a few days for Thanksgiving! The Schads were there when we arrived, and the kids had so much fun hanging out with them and all their cousins! 

First annual Steidlmayer Fun Run!! It was a success! Thanks to Erin for organizing it!!
