Basketball clinics

I was so grateful that Grace and Will were able to do basketball camps this summer! I think Will had four different 1-3 day sessions, and Grace probably had five one day sessions.  It was a great way for the kids to be in charge of something and earn some money, and really fun to have different kids in the community participate! I channeled my tennis camps that I got to do with Karen, and it was fun to remember doing that with her!

All Stars and 4th of July

We stayed in town this year for the 4th because Grace had All-Stars.  

Her team had a fun All Star season where their team won districts and went to State in Hermiston! There were a few days at the beginning of their state tournament where I thought we might be going to CA! It was fun to cheer them on and fun the have the team over to our house for a BBQ after they won districts! 

We had an exchange student from San Sebastian, Spain for three weeks named Elur.  It was fun to get to know him! We took him with us to the pancake breakfast at the fire station for the 4th! 

Then it was off to the Waverly for a BBQ and fireworks!
